50% deposit on your approved quote confirms the order and kicks off production.
The R899 mould fee is once-off and yours to keep — reusable on every future order.
Your mould is cast and a physical sample produced at our KZN factory. Approve it before we run the full batch.
Need a sample only with no bulk order? We offer that at R1,800 ex VAT.
Sample approved, straight into full-scale production. Existing designs run faster; new developments get the extra time they need.
On new developments you can skip the sample and go straight to bulk if time is tight.

Our metal goods are produced in Zinc alloy and can be plated in one of a variety of metals (copper, nickel, brass, gold, gunmetal, nickel-free, and antique finishing). We will be delighted to fill any order ranging from 100 units to 1 million+.
We are ready to put our goods through the SABS testing for strength and corrosion, as well as Woolworths Performance Standards. Our solutions are authorized by such high standards that we’re willing to put them to the test for SABS Approval for Strength and Corrosion and the Woolworths Performance Standard (References on request).
